Las Vegas Casinos, naturally, continue to draw tourists to Las Vegas. From penny slots to high stakes table games in private salons, you'll find it here. But there's much more to Las Vegas than gambling. Our weekend itinerary highlights attractions of a different sort, from the choreographed fountains at the Bellagio to the Liberace Museum. Las Vegas is also surprisingly family-friendly. In an attempt to appeal to kids, the hotels have spent millions developing technically sophisticated indoor amusement rides like the Race for Atlantis.

Four Seasons Las Vegas

Hotel Features. Opened in 1999, this hotel is staffed with professionals who pride themselves on name recognition and have created an environment that feels much more like an elegant home than a hotel. Complete with fresh flowers and complimentary apples, the lobby is a stylish venue where sunlight reflects off Italian marble floors and polished wood interiors. Beneath blue skies and soaring palms, the 8,000 square-foot garden is an inspiring outdoor experience. This outdoor oasis also boasts a free-form splash pool that is surrounded by chaise lounge chairs and Romanesque columns. The Spa unveiled a line of treatments that were designed to harness the healing powers of the desert. With 16 elegant treatment rooms and such remedies as the Thai Herbal Poultice Massage, The Spa has secured a place among Conde Nast Traveler's 'Top 10 Resort Spas in North America and the Caribbean.'

Encore Las Vegas

Hotel Features. The Encore Las Vegas is highlighted by two European-inspired outdoor pools. The pool bottoms are designed with centered gold- and bronze-colored sunbursts, and are surrounded by restaurants. Natural daylight illuminates the hotel's 100,000-square-foot casino, which offers a mini-salon gaming area.

Guestrooms. All 2,034 guestrooms offer separate living and sleeping areas. Rooms measure at least 700 square feet and include floor-to-ceiling windows. Flat-screen televisions swivel between the partitioned areas. Décor includes architectural millwork. Beds feature pillowtop mattresses, 300-thread count linens with triple-sheeting and down comforters. Marble-accented bathrooms include flat-screen televisions, double vanities, bathtubs and separate glass-framed showers. Signature Wynn Resort bathrobes and slippers are provided. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee.

For a bird's-eye view of London, take a spin on the London Eye, the Ferris wheel overlooking the Thames. Don't miss landmarks like Big Ben, the Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Globe Theatre.

ParisParis
Whether you're strolling along the Seine or soaking up city life from a sidewalk café, you'll see why Paris is synonymous with the word style. Of course, you can't miss the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Versailles and the Louvre.

RomeRome
"When in Rome, do as the Romans." That classic advice leads to a wealth of options: Should you follow Augustus and Caesar, whose Rome is filled with spectacular ancient structures? Or Michelangelo and Da Vinci.
